What is Art?
Art includes a variety of activities such as painting, drawing and sculpture.
What does it look like at SJS?
Art is taught across seven areas: drawing, painting, collage, printing, textiles, sculpture and art & ICT. Each unit of work starts with drawing and painting, then some of the units progress onto the other areas. Art & ICT often covers using photography and research using the internet.
