Below are some activities to help you to think about what is happening at the moment. To think about the positives of the situation. Maybe you have found out that you enjoy something you had never tried before, maybe you have mastered a new skill. They will be interesting to look back at in years to come when all this is a distant memory. Some of the activities involve getting family members involved too, this could be people in your house or you could phone your grandparents or a friend and do it with them.
